Note: I'm majorly breaking NixOS taboo and doing chmod -R a+w on the main nix store path for Resolve Studio. nix/store/42k1ja857mbrwwwh8f14cxkw5qnbhqjz-davinci-wrapper: line 3: 503299 Segmentation fault (core dumped) /nix/store/fqywc845b5lmw5v6havyn6xbd9c8jijc-davinci-resolve-18.0b3/bin/resolve Like an Activation Key or something.ActCCMessage Already in Table: Code= c005, Mode= 13, Level= 1, CmdKey= -1, Option= 0ĪctCCMessage Already in Table: Code= c006, Mode= 13, Level= 1, CmdKey= -1, Option= 0ĪctCCMessage Already in Table: Code= c007, Mode= 13, Level= 1, CmdKey= -1, Option= 0ĪctCCMessage Already in Table: Code= 2282, Mode= 0, Level= 0, CmdKey= 8, Option= 0 Would you say this is fair? I live in Brazil and will take some time until I can get it fixed. I am in a professional environment with many things going on, relying on software that I do love, that I paid for, and because of a fault in your hardware I can´t deliver the videos to my clients. You created the hardware so people don´t use pirate software. I am a paid customer that bought the software, not the hardware. I hope you are able to help me out with this. I am unable to move back to the free version because I use many tools unavailable there. I bought it a few years back from your website, so not through any reseller (as I remember, not 100% sure on that). Hi, the USB port is working fine, the dongle is not working properly I tried in my notebook. ![]() If you are still unable to continue working in the short term and are unable to access an alternative license, please consider uninstalling the Studio version and installing the free DaVinci Resolve to finish your project. Note that these are specific to each manufacturer and we are unable to recommend more specific solutions. If the dongle is indeed detected, your PC/motherboard manufacturer may have a troubleshooting guide, including updating USB drivers, power-cycling the system and/or changing BIOS/system settings. You will need to work with with the reseller directly for further follow up. If that fails, the dongle is likely defective. If you have another computer with DaVinci Resolve Studio installed, please try the dongle there. It would appear from the launch attempts today, that the dongle is not would appear that either the USB hardware (port/controller) is defective, or the dongle is defective. ![]()
